This Agreement is personal between you and OneTalentSource and governs your use of the Website, superseding any and all prior and/or contemporaneous agreements between you and OneTalentSource. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Website is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence. However, with respect to any Promotions available at the Website, to the extent that anything in this Agreement is inconsistent with the Official Contest Rules, the Official Contest Rules shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. The parties do not intend that any agency or partnership relationship be created through operation of this Agreement.
- Any communication or material you post or transmit to the Service and/or the Sites is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You assume full responsibility for anything you post or transmit including images, and you grant OneTalentSource.Com the right to view, edit, copy, publish and distribute or delete any information or content you post or transmit for any purpose on OneTalentSource.com.
- OneTalentSource.Com does not review or monitor any web sites linked to the Service or from personal profiles on this site. When clicking links to personal pages from OneTalentSource.Com all users of the system acknowledge that OneTalentSource.Com is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links.
Posting of URL's that lead to ADULT SITES or any kind of Pay Sites this includes any web site OneTalentSource feel is not in the best interest or is questionable material on the site this is not allowed and members account will be delete, comments on any type of thread or anything OneTalentSource.com feels is not in the best interest of the site or its members is not allowed and the link and or your profile will be removed from this site. This also includes the comments section of your profile OneTalentSource.com has the right to delete any or all of Members account without notice.
(AS of October 20,2007 All Standard members will not be aloud to link any kind of outside links URL and HTML to profile, sound off and forum threads or any where else on OneTalentSource.com Site.) After October 20, 2007 all links will be remove on Standard Memberships only.
- OneTalentSource.Com has a stated policy regarding the posting of images not suitable for all ages. This policy is otherwise recognizes as our Rated "G" Policy. Failure to adhere to this restriction will result in the removal of the images, and the disablement of that member profile. OneTalentSource.Com, Inc. reserves the right to remove any image without given notice or reason.
- OneTalentSource.Com does not permit bandwidth theft.
As a Premium Member (Sorry Standard Membership will not be able to use this feature) you are more than welcome to link to your portfolio. However, linking to images present on OneTalentSource.Com servers is not permitted. Framing of portfolio pages on other sites is also forbidden. Failure to adhere to this restriction will result in the removal of the images, and the disablement of that member profile.
- You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, email address) on your portfolio, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties, and shall therfore be the sole responsibility and liability of the poster. As a member of OneTalentSource.Com you may receive emails from users on the site through the Contact link on your portfolio as well as other pages within our site. Occasionally you will be contacted by OneTalentSource.Com as well as receive emails regarding system updates or problems.
