First pay Banner fees (via PayPAl only)by selecting the plan you are submitting your Banner images in. (All Banner Ads must be paid first)
2. Submit your banner ad and if you have a link you want the banner to link to. Email to OneTalentSource@aol.com after you pay for the plan you need.
3. Prices on Banner plans are for service only you must submit your own banner.
4. If you need a Banner made this will be additional price. please Email to OneTalentSource@aol.com
us for a estimate to make your Banner Ad.
5. Any change, switching banner image before plan is over will be submitted to a change fee of $25.00 per change.

OneTalentSource reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any Banner Ad.(This applys to Banner image and any link from the Banner this also go for approve links that advertiser changes content after ad has been approve of personal,busines or third party link to websites) No inappropriate, indecent or obscene photographs may be submitted to OneTalentSource for submitted for display on OneTalentSource Website. Visitors to OneTalentSource Website may notify OneTalentSource through the “Contact Us” button of any photographs Banner ads or captions,links that appear to violate these Official RULES. OneTalentSource will use its best efforts to exclude any such photographs,Banners or captions and links; however, OneTalentSource is not a publisher of the photographs Banner and or links; it is merely providing a forum for the display of these photographs therefore, OneTalentSource expressly disclaims any and all liability associated with the display of any of the photographs on the OneTalentSource/ShopTalk Website.
